The Cadillac Chronicles

One of the things I've learned building Buried N Kulture is that you never know where your work will end up.

We sponsor The Flip Podcast, a platform that sits down with DJs from all over the country. Every guest leaves with a Buried N Kulture hat. It's something we've done simply because we believe in supporting people who move culture forward.

One day I was scrolling Instagram and stopped on a random video.

I looked a little closer and thought, "Hold on... that's my hat."

Sure enough, it was.

Brian Freeman, the creator behind the viral Cadillac Chronicles, was wearing Buried N Kulture.

I had no idea he even owned one.

From that point on, I started noticing the hats popping up in different interviews and episodes. Then came the moment that really stopped me in my tracks.

Brian showed up wearing one alongside the legendary Babyface.

Not because we paid for placement.

Not because we orchestrated some elaborate campaign.

Simply because the hat found its way there.

Moments like that remind me this has never been about chasing celebrities. It's about telling a story people genuinely want to be a part of.

For so long, Southern culture has influenced music, fashion, language, food, and art, yet it rarely gets represented with the same pride as other regions.

As André 3000 famously said, "The South got somethin' to say."

Buried N Kulture exists to keep saying it.
